From Magic Kingdom Area: Take Vista Boulevard east (Stay to the right when coming through the Magic Kingdom Toll Plaza. If you are driving from the Magic Kingdom Resorts; drive south on World Drive and turn left onto Vista Boulevard) to the intersection with Bonnet Creek Parkway. Turn right onto Bonnet Creek Parkway, Best Friends Pet Care will be on the right.
From All Other Areas : Travel on Buena Vista Drive to the intersection with Bonnet Creek Parkway turn onto Bonnet Creek Parkway (If you are coming from Downtown Disney; turn right. If you are coming from Epcot Resort/Disney Hollywood Studios area; turn left). Travel north on Bonnet Creek Parkway, Best Friends Pet Care will be on the left.
